Great stay for a couple of nights

Clean room, comfortable bed, free wifi allowed me to stay connected while enjoying the indoor pool and jacuzzi facilities during my visit.

Liked everything.

I appreciated the clean and functional spaces throughout Quality Inn Osceola. The staff was attentive and the atmosphere was surprisingly welcoming for a budget-friendly hotel, making it suitable for seniors like myself.

An elevator would enhance accessibility for seniors.

The King Room, Non-Smoking offers solid amenities like a fridge and microwave, making it easy to store and heat up food. The AC system effectively keeps the room cool and quiet, perfect for a restful night after a long day of traveling.

Unfortunately, I encountered a wet carpet on the right side of the bed, forcing me to improvise with towels to avoid soggy socks. The bathroom floor had a sticky residue that didn't sit right with me. Additionally, I could hear the sounds from a semi truck parking lot right outside my window, though I was too exhausted from my travels to be disrupted. A lack of an elevator can be an issue for those carrying heavy luggage, especially since the stairs can feel like quite the trek.

We had an awesome stay! The room was clean and cozy, and we really loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi for relaxing after a long day. Just a heads up, the carpet near the bed was a bit damp, but it didn’t ruin our experience! 😊

We arrived late after a train fiasco, and they were super accommodating. The room was nice and clean, and we felt safe during the snowstorm. A little grass area for the kids was a sweet bonus!

But please, those stairs are a killer! I nearly tied myself in knots dragging my luggage up!
